Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Break80 ("the service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Break80. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and billing

• Break80 offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple's App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's standard refund policy.
• New Pro subscribers receive a free 7-day trial. If you do not upgrade during or before the trial ends, you will be moved to the free tier.

AI-generated content

Break80 uses large language models to generate coaching suggestions, practice plans, and workouts. These outputs are informational and may contain errors. They are not professional coaching, medical, or fitness advice. Use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for medical or training decisions.

Health and fitness disclaimer

Workouts and practice recommendations carry inherent risk of injury. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. By using Break80 you assume all risk associated with following its recommendations.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (b) use the service to violate any law; (c) abuse, spam, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or paywalls; (d) resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.

Your content

You retain all rights to the data you enter into Break80 (rounds, notes, statistics). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data so we can provide the service to you.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI output, or specific results from following recommendations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Break80 and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
